No Clinician-Patient Relationship
Using this site, sending us a consult request, email or message, or having a complimentary consult call does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you attend your initial clinical visit and we accept you as a patient. The complimentary consult is a brief conversation about fit, services and logistics, not a medical evaluation.
Emergencies
Do not use this site or our contact form for urgent or emergency needs. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Eligibility and Results
Our services are for adults 18 and older. The services described on this site are not right for everyone. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is determined by a licensed clinician at your visit, and individual results vary.
Communications
Email, text messages and website forms are not fully secure. Please don't send detailed health information through them. We will talk about your health privately during your consult.

The text, photography and design of this site are owned by or licensed to Restoration House and may not be copied without permission. Restoration House is a registered trade name of PSRK, PLLC. Please don't misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information.
